Before booking I would advice you to cross check all the documents and check for builder's reputation.
checking for the builders reputation is a tough thing as no such reviews of the builder has been reported on the internet.was also searching for some one who has personal experience with these builders too..

Hi Jeny, As far as I know the project is approved by BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB and A Khata.
Thank u...Now a days most of the builders in Banglore turn to be a fraud..so I was worried..I guess I can move with this builder
