It's about 4300 per sqft. But. Think all east facing and good apt are already gone. I had to settle for 2.5 bhk. @roshan, possession is in dec 2016. I believe they are good in keeping the time.

@ronlee, bescom is around 3L and generator, legal is around 2L and maintenance deposit is around 2L
