Hi, I have received possession letter for my villa no. F-3/14 with demand of Rs. 14 lac approximately. Points which are not clearly mentioned in demand -1- bsp enhancement, -2- PLC charges while this is a general villa.

Showing extra Build up area, wants registration payment right now with 90 days posession time, no possession date commitment, wants us to sign Indemnity – Cum – Undertaking document without any formal physical survey of the site. etc. etc. and are not ready to extend the payment date..
