Looking for other owners to discuss on the progress of Nitesh Caesars Palace project.
Q: I have booked a 3 BHK apartment at Nitesh Caesars Palace in Oct-2011. I would like to invite other owner's to join the forum to discuss on the progress of the project. Interested owners kindly respond to this post.

Iamaboutto book a 3 bhk... But got to know from salesguy that they still do not have approvals to register these 3 bhk flats. And they are asking to pay 20% now and book.
