Sir i have given my hard earned money around five lakhs and booked floor in the europa residency now they are saying that they are not starting this project. what will happen to me now when price are almost double of this property.
How can they do that? Who told you so? Is there any issue with the project?

it was const linked plaand after taking five lakh and after three years they are saying they have no approval from huda

You can ask the builder to return the amount of money which you gave in the time of booking a flat or you can ask him to give a flat in other project by them.
they are ready to give back the money but rates are double there now
