Does this project has all approvals?
Q: Does this project has all approvals? Builder is not able to provide matching blue print for the apartments in tower 8 and hence SBI is not disbursing the loan amounts. Builder is still charging 18% interest and forcing customers to go with PNB. Legally can the building be constructed without matching approval?

My comments to replies
Customers are not getting Loan as Builder dont have all the clear document. How can they charge 18% interest & when they are delaying from their end no penalties for them. Note: I request all the customers to come together, then only something can be done.
