Between Kesar Exotica and Kesar Harmony, what would be a better choice given the current situation?
Q: Hi, I'm considering renting a 4BHK apartment in Kesar Exotica. I was told however that due to an OC issue, there may be delays in handover. Is there anything I should worry about as a tenant who is interested in 11months lease? Any risks for me? Thanks

Latest Answer: the builders have delayed the project by over 2 years now claiming non receipt of OC... however OC is a responsibility of the builders and not the government... builders are not responding to any of the investors/ flat owners mails...
