Between Kesar Exotica and Kesar Harmony, what would be a better choice given the current situation?
Q: Hi, I'm considering renting a 4BHK apartment in Kesar Exotica. I was told however that due to an OC issue, there may be delays in handover. Is there anything I should worry about as a tenant who is interested in 11months lease? Any risks for me? Thanks

Hi Fatema, Before taking any flat for rent you should check all the documents of the project that the owner is having. If OC is not there for the project then I would advice you not to take a flat in this project
