Q: Our builder is constructing an unapproved floor. G+3 is what is approved. Now in the terrace there are 4 apartments being constructed. What are the implications? 1) how would the undivided share of land be affected? 2) Would the approved floors and apartments have trouble during resale?

Prathyush, to avoid future complications, it is better to take advise from a legal expert regarding this..
@ Daljeet - I checked with a legal expert and got the response as there wouldn't be any probs for the approved portion of the building. Absolutely no problem for the approved levels.
