Cost and permission required for developing a housing plot layout
Q: I have 2 acres of land in outskirts of Bangalore; I was planning to develop a residential housing plot layout here. From where should I start? What are permissions required, cost of approval and cost of layout development like road, sewage, water etc would cost.
