My promoter has built 60 flats on 10 building i.e 6 on each one. Only the last one is different in size and others are the same size. Service tax is taken at 14.25% for all. But the last building has less parking space than the others. If queried to the promoter, is answering with the in-india-only pharse "Blame the victim". Is there any way to take legal action on him?

I heard that a wonderful new concept known as flexi-villa by Sunway Opus had been launched. I am planning to have a duplex villa at that place. I felt the international feel, the movement I entered their sales office premises. Excellent Marketing Manager with plenty of experience and educated me about the project.
