Is this property litigated? As per developer most of the sites are sold out. Price quoted ranges from 2500 to 3500 based on facing. Is this reasonable? Banks seem to have approved the project. This project doesn't have any permission.
Actually some time back I have planned to buy apartment in this project, I have done little research about it. These guys have permission only up to 5 floors. But they are selling up to 7th floor. They have not got the clearance from Hyderabad Begampet airport authority.
