Q: Hi Guys, Has any one booked any flat in Ashish J K apartments ,Marathahalli(Builder - Aashish Developer and Builders)? It seems currently booking is in progress for the C Block ( A & B Block is over). Please let me know how good the builder is as not found any review regarding the builder. Many Thanks Alok

Anybody is planning to buy in AJK ? I am thinking to buy ? Can anybody post the price who bought recently. He is asking for 3150/sqrt, How much can he negotiate ?
Hello Even im planning to book a flat in C Block??? Any clue about hw much we can bargain, presently he is quoting 3150/-
