I could not stop my self laughing reading the reply. Atleast 6 apartments are for sale in the society ranging from first floor to 9th floor but at the asking prices of Rs 1.02 cr to 1.35Cr no deal has happened in last 6 months atleast. I am too looking for self usage but not at any price.
