Agreement was done with a hope of having shelter and put stop to rent burden. Finally after paying 95% of flat cost they said possession would be delayed by 12 months. customer is overburdened with an EMI as well as with a huge rents. There is no any proper response from builder side about compensation.
Is builder ready for registration of our flats? Is any one got it done? Kindly advice.
