Prices are low as well.. builders/investors are not ready to buy this property. if someone is ready..then offer is very low compare to current market rate and apperantly we've to put ourself in loss. People have already invested their money here before 2-3 yrs and now it'll take more 3-4 yrs would b very difficult to sustain.
