Hi This is Nickson, I booked an apartment in Raja Aristos in Bannerghatta Road & I am aware of case 186/13, I got evaluated through our Legal counsel and I have gone through my legal council and he has briefed me in this manner. “The Litigation is between the land owner and his Sister . The Landowner’s sister executed the Release Deed in the favour of his brother in the year 2008 and also executed a confirmation deed in 2008 and now she has filed a case. However the claim is in part of Landowner share , not with the builder share . After going through the documents deeply I have purchased the property in Raja Aristos, my apartment No.SE-11, Canberra block, with area measuring 2400 Sft. And the same was discussed with ICICI lawyer and got the same appraised by his as I have gone with ICICI bank for funding the property and ICICI bank has approved after understanding the case and approved my loan also .
