People were commenting that Classic elmud layout near(500 meter) the chamapakadhama layout si affected by smell from some polluted industry. Any one have idea whether chamapakadhama layout also is affected by the same.
Hi, I am planning to take a plot in Classic Elmwood. Can someone please share any of your experiences. Is this a good buy? Is water and air safe ( not polluted from the factory nearby)? What is the appreciation for these plots?
