Satheesh, how did come to know about the Innovative Petal litigation. Any good source? The Innovative person confirmed that an extra floor would be constructed and only G+3 will be shown in the plan.

After that I enquired with builder, he said yes. The case is against land owner and nothing on him. He says this case is not a major one. Not sure on the severity of the case.
Also regarding extra floor I am not aware of. Thanks for sharing this. He told there are Zero deviation. If an extra floor, it is absolute violation. So, What have you decided. Are you planning to go or not?

Sankar, Also I heard there are five land owners, so verifying all the titles will be painful. Anways it is lawyers job. I had a discussion with builder yersterday, he says they have done soil test. Who knows what is the fact. Already Innovative Petal in litigation, if five owners for this land, I dont know how many would come. Still I am also in a confusion. Hi Ramakrishna, have you booked any? If so, have you verified the documents with any lawyer? Is the feedback postive?. I am in a confused state. Your quick response would help me. Also please share if you have any better deal.
