I asked their representative in the site office for the legal documents just to go through them over there itself (not to take away to show to a lawyer). My request was declined saying they have just 2 sets of the documents and both the sets are in circulation. I was surprised to know that for such a large project they have only 2 copies of the docs, and none of them is in office. Further asked if they have obtained all the necessary permissions (plan sanction, water supply approval, BESCOM approval etc.). I was informed that the plan has NOT BEEN sanctioned yet, and it will take another couple of months.
