Pathetic service from builder ,Majestic Residency
Q: Most of them are given for rent and is damaged ,he never do any pending work on time ,also no finishing to any work ,owners are fighting with for each and everything ,quality of the fittings which are replaced because of the damage is very very poor .is this true.I heard this from several owners who bought directly from builder .

I am an owner ,unfortunately I made the same mistake ,bought from builder ,what you said is correct ,he never do work on time ,once registration is done ,no one cares ,always better to buy from Land owner.They are good people .Actually I also same advice from several owners ,but neglected .
