Q: Hi, i m planning to buy a plot is DLF garden city. please share you experience if you have bought any property in DLF Garden city Hyderabad?

Hey richa..i disagree with you. The project location is not that good..it is better to buy plots in or near Hitech city,Gachibowli which will cost around 6k-7k and are just 8-10 kms from the above places. There are lot of empty lands before 10km from Airport to this project. It would take lot of time for area near DLF to develop. Telangana issue also affected the market very much.
