Hi... Looks like Balaji Developers are coming up with other Constructions in other parts of Bangalore and I am interested in buying them. I know that there were some problems with the completion of this apratment - like this was not done on time and full facilities promised were not given, etc. Is that the case still? Can some of the residents let me know whether you are satisfied with the facilities and dealings?

Hi, we are looking at buying one flat of the SBB Touchstone project. The then Sri Balaji Builders who constructed Balaji Residency and Balaji Sapthagiri. Have anyone here bought a flat from this builder? We want to know your experience with the builder and the apartment so far. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
