Interested in buying a 2BHK resale flat in Prestige Palms.
Q: I am interested in buying a 2BHK resale flat in prestige palms. I heard that khatha is not issued for the entire prestige palms project. Can anyone tell me the reason why it was not given and when it would be given (in future)? Also it should be great if someone can tell what is the risk involved in buying this property?

Hey Kiran, who said there is no khata.. I heard the project has got A Khata.. and it is approved by BBMP, BDA and others.
Yes there is no A khatha for this prestige palms. We checked it thoroughly.
