Hi all. My name is Ganesh Thiyagarajan. I booked 3 flats at Balaji kalash at phase 5 on dec 2013. As you all are aware that they have not yet started the project , 3 months before i went for cancellation for 2 flats. They Gave me cheques, but it got bounced. from last one months i following with them for the payment they are giving excuses like today they will pay , tomorrow they will pay. I don't know what to do. Even i asked them to allocate flats at the ready position even that they are not ready to do.

I booked 3 flats with my family members at Phase 5, as still they have not started the work i went for cancellation 4 months back, they gave me two cheques out of which one cheque got bounced , they told me not to deposit the second cheque as they will do RTGS for the amounts. Its more than a month still i did not rec any money from them. they are making fool of us every now and then. Really don't know what to do.
