Pocharam vs Mokila vs Adibatla
Q: In Hyderabad, there are 3 potential areas for future growth such as Mokila, Adibatla, Pocharam. Hey anyone tell me advantages of these localities ?

Hey guys I am planning to buy a plot in Mokila. Can you tell how is the locality for investment purpose and its advantages ?
@Balwinder: It would take 5-15 years for the area to develop. I recently bought a plot there. I`m sure that its a good place to invest. If you want a house to stay in immediate future, SARK villas may be an option. Hiranandani and Lahiri too coming up with villa project on the other side of railway line. Though i have purchased the plot, i don`t intend to make a house there for another 6-7 years. But i loved the place and feel this can be a good retirement home for me :)
