Any idea when the Building 20A in Kohinoor City Phase 2 shall commence. No work seems to have happenned since Sept 2016

My comments to replies
NO construction at all in Building 20A for the full year 2018. Do we really expect hand over in Dec 2019 as stated in their RERA filings
Has anyone gone and spoken to the builder. They always tell next month construction will start. Any idea . We should ask to see the CC

It looks like the project apart from Building 13 & 14 are at risk.
