is this aryan apartment is authentic since till now there is no site office established and also loan facility is not available. apart from that 'Quality builders' profile is also not available. Can you suggest something.

I, am having 3 doubts regarding this project 1. No bank has approved the project till now, why 2. Loading is very high, wrong information about 25% load. 3.
