i heard ver poor review regarding possession time and amenities , but i am not in hurry to shift so soon, so is it okay to go for it?

The price odf the flats seems to be very reasonable and location is also very good.

The project is coming up with G+3 floors with 164 units, which include 2bhk and 3bhk apartments.
i visited the site twise , everything looks fine but reviews about radiant builder's other project is poor ?
