Hi Upendra & Sarika, I met their MD kartiken around 4-5 times regarding myhna heights project related queries. Following below things I gather from him as of now: 1. BBMP approved project 2. Land registered at the name of Myhna Properties 3. At this moment kartiken is looking to get some initial amount so that he will start their project 4. At this moment they have only basic upto 2 floor approval, remaining floor approvals will take 2-3 month as he committed to me. 5. Location is very nice 6. At this moment due to pending approvals, you can get good price 7. Work is going to start from 15 april. 8.
