Q: 1. How is water supply ? 2. How many borewells ? 3. Is the building dependent on water tankers ? 4. Drains get clogged in monsoon ? 5. Does parking area fills with water when it rains heavily ? 6. Common walls ? 7. Total how many flats ? 8. Does opening closing of lift audible in flats ?

There is water problem in Bangalore, yes agreed but in which city of India doesn't has this problem? But SV Residency is one of them where though you pay for water association makes money out of it, it is really strange that the association meetings will happens with only Owners of the flat, they don't include tenents. So tents have to suffer. Please ever think of taking a flat on rent in this apartment. Lot of issues Lot of issues
