Hello everyone I am Atul I have booked my flat A wing 5th floor in the month of JULY. I have done the agreement 2 months before i.e in the month of AUGUST. Anybody got the PLAN COPY, NOC, VAT LETTER from the builder? I got the above documents today (almost after 2 months). Now the builders person has asked me for the further payment within 10 days. But as per my enquiry the process of loan sanctioning may take almost 1 month...Anybbody done with the loan case from SBI ?? How much time it takes n do the builder co-operates with us for this time span?? I request all of u to enlight me with the above queries...

As per my experience, there is no issue with Agreement. I also booked 1BHK on 7th floor and my Agreement done smoothly 2 months ago.
So there is no issue regarding Agreement procedure.
It is better for you, your home loan will start accordingly.

Builder is not ready to construct the road now.. I think we need to pressurize him together.
How come when I was last meet with him, he told me he will develop the road.

Hi All, Today I received call from Sharmaji. He informed that all 8 floor had been approved by PCMC. He asked me to proceed for agreement for my flat on 7th floor. Does anybody got similar call and gone ahead for agreement for flats on 6th floor onwards?
Yes, I also got the same call, you have to first take details from Sharmaji, then you have to process for Loan

Has anybody taken open parking as I have booked recently they are saying no covered parking available and do they mention open parking as reserved open in agreement since they have said they will give reserved open parking. Please guide me here.
