Q: What will happen if the central government implement the real state regulatory bill?

I have read all the discussion made above and my conclusion is that the modified bill now consists of provisions in the favor of buyers and a greater examine on the business procedures of real estate sector. The Cabinet feels that creation of real estate bill will make ways for standard governing mechanism across the realty sector and will add to the credibility and reliability of country's unregulated real estate sector. Hello Sir, At present, there is not a single property in Belani Metro Heights, Lalmohon Bhattacharya Road, Kolkata available for rent. But we have searched some similar properties in nearby locality such as Tangra, Maula Ali, Ananda Palit Road, Taltala, Christopher Road, College Square, AJC Bose Road,Mullick Bazar etc.for rent. Q: What is the actual sq ft price as they are different in the front page of Netwood maple and in project overview it is higher?

As far as it locality is concerned project has a excellent location advantages such as located between Airport and Salt Lake/New Airport Town. This area is witnessing tremendous growth in infrastructure, housing, transportation network facilities and amenities etc. Already metro networks being rolled out in Rajarhat. Located near 6 lane expressway. All the daily basic necessities are in place and within few mins distance. Q: HI, I am looking at a 3BHK property in the project. What is the price range for the project? Had anyone any experience of buying a property in the project. The flat is for my parent so, how is the social amenities like market, transport, safety etc in the area? Are they nearby and accessible? Also what is the status on the metro being developed.
