I have booked 1250 sq ft it costed me 42.5 without registration. Quite impressed by their construction and space utilization. 88% carpet area. Price wise also competitive. Only completion time as per the builder Dec 2015

It constructs living spaces like Godown without any windows/no natural light. u might need to rely on electricity 365*24 hr a year.. otherwise u can find your rooms..

not sure abt the others .mean spring dale... m looking for a property in whitefield. heard abt the project from friend and visited the site ... it very dark... the construnciton work is done with help of electric bulb.. relly suffocatin..

Hi.. have you purchased flat in Springs Dale? Only living room of your flat is not having ventilation or the whole flat??
the whole flat.. they blocked from all the side. u cant see sky from ur flat by any means...
