100 Above Neptune project they launch 1 and 1/2 year before but still work is not sarted, Is this project is going to happen or not?100 above Bhandup Neptune project when the work will be starting?
I booked a flat in Oct 2010 in 100 Above, and since then am hearing that construction will start in next 4 -6 months, but hte work has not started in 2 years. Everytime they tell that they have submitteda revised plan to BMC for approval and it is taking time for approval. Am not sure, but I get a feeling that there is some serious problem with the group. Is it true... Please share if any one has some additional information about this project. Neptune people giving excuses that most of the project are stand still in Bhandup Mumbai. on the issue of Balcony area and tax, is it true? Any one know about it? Is construction is not happaning in Mumbai Bhandup?

Thanks Sankalp. Are you too hopeful the possession will happen in Dec 2016, as the builder has not even dug the ground there. How is he going to construct in 2 years, even if he starts today

This Project is situated at an important location in Bhandup West. It is in close proximity to Neptune Magnet Mall, Off L.B.S Marg, Bhandup West. Other nearby facilities and landmarks include 2 km from Powai, 2.5 km from the Eastern Express Highway, 10 km from the International airport, Bhandup West, Mumbai., etc.
Interested people reading this thread on this forum already know the project specification Shantanu. There is no need to market this information. We all are concerned that why this project is not starting while lot of reputed builder launched similar project after this and have all the clearances to start the development work. All builders have gone through same set of approvals from BMC, and are already in middle of construction. I fail to understand that why only Neptune builder is facing issues in getting clearances from BMC. There is definitely some financial problem with developer or he's not willing to start work till he finishes Phase II (Flying Kite) of the Neptune Living Point project.
