Hi, I am planning to buy a House in Perumbakkam (Around Global Hospital). Can anyone please list out what are the good and bad things about buying a flat in Perumbakkam?
I am seeing flats are built on the stagnant water on the way to Global Hospital from Main Road. Is that advisable to get any flat there?
