How is this builder
Q: Please help me: I am looking to buy a flat in SCION LUXOR. But don't know anything about this builder.SCION LUXOR IS IN HRBR 1ST BLOCK BDA LAYOUT 1)how is SCion builder, are there any issues with thi builder, any cheating scams etc? 2)DOes he delayed the projects earlier, how is his commitment? 3)How is he when it comes to other terms, maintainance,documentation etc 4)He is building in two 50x80 site,3BR With 1530 sft is 53lakhs+regn. Anyone who has bought apartment from Scion El Dorado at HBR layout? Apartment looks to be pretty good in construction quality, but there is lot of deviation from the approved BBMP plan. And the builder is confident that it wont get occupancy certificate (OC). How safe is to invest in this project? And as per builder it will get Khata also (i dont think anyone gets 'A' khata without OC).Anyone who has bought apartment from Scion El Dorado at HBR layout?
