I just came across this thread. Thank u all for all the info. I booked a 3 bedroom apt on the day they opened sales. I met with the manager in July when I was visiting India and was told that due to cc and new BMI rules construction had been stopped. HDIL is being very reluctant in sharing info with the owners. We have a right to know the status of this project that we invested our hard earned money in. If there is any committee being formed I would love to get involved. This company needs to learn to respect their customers. We could have easily invested in another project. We should be given a time barred agreement so that we may plan our finances. We all need to band together and take them to court. The last thing they need right now is negative publicity.This company needs to learn to respect their customers. My comments to replies
Cost of purchase has gone up due to change in plan. No flower bed. approx. 10 to 12% cost increase in totality.
I have also recieved a letter to visit their office. Are they allowed to change the cost of the apartment at their will? After waiting for so long we should be given a discount not an increase.
