Information about the project.
Q: Hi All, I went to see this property site yesterday. Is this project run by same person who did Lotus project in same area last year? Some Mettu Reddy person? The project looks very good but be careful with Mettu. He is a very rude, fraud person. He was thrown out of the Lotus project partnership also in the middle of the project and now he is doing something on his own with Marvel. Please verify all documents and measurements and dimensions by a well known lawyer and engineer. In Lotus also they had so many issues with papers and also they promised pool but dint give in the end because it was not approved in plan. He will talk very nice english and impress everyone and then fraud them. Please let me know if anyone has got everything checked and is proper? I am looking for 2BHK flat. Please double check legal papers, measurements and approvals as this will cause issues with loan, khata transfer and occupancy certificate from bbmp

It looks this guy is crazy. How can he say so even without talking to him. I was one of the first persons to book/own a flat in the lotus project. This is an irresponsible behavior to share such a baseless allegations on Anji Reddy. I am customer in current Anji's project.
