Q: KDP ETHOS launched by kdp group in raj nagar extn. was a fraud, they needed money for completing their project Grand Savana. so they launched Kdp Ethos. now after 2 years of booking they still don't have approval neither they will ever have, because their purpose is over. now as a buyer i am cheated. now there is a huge price gap for present properties.don't know what to do? any suggestions???

Hi saurabh The best option is that we can make a forum/society named KDP ethos investors association, hire a lawyer and prey to the court that the land should be transferred in the name of the society ( if court will take cognizance of the fraud it will easily pass such order and restrain builder to sell/use the land. Apart from that you have to remember that unless you do not get any written intimation from the builder don't take your money back. Karun Duggal, 9811163587 P.S.
