Q: Hi all. Does anyone have feedback about Pearl Group developers. I visited their site for new project Palm Vistas villas in White field. The project is in pre launch stage. Any feedback based on previous projects would be helpful. Thanks, Srivathsan

Dont believe unless if they have necessary approvals.. as I am hearing from May 2011 that they are going to approvals in 3 months .. which they dont have yet I think. Hello Friends.. NOT sure if Palmvista project GOT approvals from BDA/BBMP etc. As I was like you in the same boat for the past 2 years...waiting waiting.. Hi, the current price in signature tulips is Rs 1700 - 1800 depending on the site facing. You can contact them @ 9483510101 Tip : its always better to negotiate for a better price.
