Planning to buy an apartment in MJ Lifestyle Astyllen.
Q: Hi All, I am planning to buy an apartment in MJ Lifestyle Astyllen. To all those who have bought a flat here, I would like to know the pros and cons of buying a flat here and if any issues that you all are currently facing. Are all the approvals in place? Is there any issue that I need to be aware of?

I've also booked a flat in MJ Astyllen. I see their construction is pretty fast, and recently visited their site. Even my request is not approved in the CF community.
