My comments to replies
So my advice to people who are planning to book a flat with Vijaya builders is: stay away from them.
After seeing your review, I deferred my decision to buy the flat there. I partially agree with you but many are false. I think just to defame the builder or due to some personal vengeance you are taking advantage of this forum. You may also be an ex employee of the company. I visited thrice and also discussed with fellow residents. Minor hiccups will be there in any new building and all builder will rectify it. That is why builder will do initial maintenance atleast for six month to one year. I booked an apartment now after verifying all details provided by you. I am thankful to you in making me understand each and every minute details.
