Hi All, Today I received call from Sharmaji. He informed that all 8 floor had been approved by PCMC. He asked me to proceed for agreement for my flat on 7th floor. Hi, I am Aryan,I have recived an offer for this project (2bhk) can any one tell me what are the MSEB charges,Parking charges(open & stilt),Registration,Maintainance for this project ,has any one gone thru this No one is talking about these issues and biggest thing is what is the position of VAT-4.1% WHO WILL PAY THE VAT.BUILDER OR u & me ?
Hi Manish, You have gathered much more details about this project which are very helpful for all the friends. Please keep sharing. I just wanted to correct the fact on VAT as per my understanding. From 2010 onwards the VAT rate is 1% of the basic flat value.
