GST road vs OMR
Q: I am interested in Serenity - Villa Apartments at Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai. is it a good option comparing to properties in OMR?

My comments to replies
This is popularly called as the 'IT Corridor' because this stretch has become home to many IT/ITES companies. The area is well developed and it is easily assessible from the major parts of the city.
We are looking at OMR to buy a flat for us and we feel it is a great location cos of the facilities in this location. Anyways we took a one day - real estate trip on OMR thru Tripcask and decided on a project at Perumbakkam!
