Completion by March/April 2014 looks highly unlikely, looking at the progress. Window/glazing work is yet to take off. Internal & external finishing is being done in bits and pieces without any proper sequence. The project Mantri DSK Pinnacle by Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd. located at Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore is going to be complete by December'2015. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 8000/sq-ft.
Location advantages:- Close proximity to developed residential areas like Jayanagar and JP Nagar, Well known schools such as Ryan International School, Presidency, Innisfree and Clarence in close vicinity, 15 minute drive to Electronic City via NICE Corridor, Close to major software companies like Honeywell, IBM, Oracle and Accenture etc.

Sorry to say but your comments appear to be sponsored. The project was originally slated to be completed by March 2014. In Feb 2014, the developer, through an official letter to the existing customers, informed of a delay, with the promise of a FINAL completion date of January 2015. Now you are projecting a further delay till December 2015. Wonder whether it is the Developer's feed or just an inadvertent error on your part. Please clarify.

Regarding proximity & connectivity... the Royal Meenakshi Mall & Meenakshi Temple are just next door. Fortis Hospital, Jayadeva Cardiac Research Institute, Nimhans, etc. are with in 2-4 Km, and of course, the METRO Phase II will originate next door too -from Hulimavu. International Airport, though, is only around 52Km away but...God willing... you may be able to charter a Helicopter ride from the helipad on top of this tower to the airport!!

Received a certified mail notification stating completion not possible by April 2014 due to shortage of skilled labour. We paid all the money up front trusting the Mantri name. Now we feel like we are getting the run around. We requested them to provide us at least the completion date so that we can plan our lives accordingly. So far no response.
The communication received from Mantri states Jan 2015 as the new official date of possession. A delay of almost one year. The progress at site appears to be very slow, especially on the facade, helipad, etc.

The progress at site seem to indicate that they are in ni hurry to even honor the revised date of Jan 2015. In any case they have taken 95% payment and will do things at their own sweet will. Mantri is fast losing the trust they had built over last decade. Many projects are being launched only to collect easy money from people. No projects have been delivered now for last few years. Please do share if you have any credible info on Pinnacle.
What is the status of the project and has the project got all the approvals?
Project going very slow. Now officially the possession date is delayed by 10 months (Jan 2015). Sad story for customers who were looking forward to possession in March 2014.
