I have booked a 2 1/2 BHK at the Meadows more than a couple of years back and the responses I have been getting from Site are similar to ones posted above. I have spoken to both Mr. Dharshak Dalal and Mr. Kashyap, and if I am made to believe, looks like this week and the next are crucial, the builder has got the verbal nod to move ahead (i.e. full CC) only waiting for a formal document from the authorities. If we do not get any clear response thereafter, I am sure it is high time we escalate this issue to higher levels. Needless to mention money does not grow in trees, it is our hard earned money after all. All these info is based on tele-phonic discussions with the two gentlemen I have spoken to over phone during the past few months. kindly keep me in the loop.
