I Have a flat in Claremont A. I was called to the Lodha head office to sign a paper where lodha would pay me rent of 25000 rs per month from May 2013. The paper was a complete eyewash. It said I was aware that the delay is not a fault of Lodha. It didnt even say from when the payment would be done though the executive had clearly said from May.
