Hi, i just visited their 3 projects today.They said High End's possession will be from March 2013. We were looking for Luxuria(Dec-2014)/Premier(Mar-2014) where we could do some modification/customization. However, they were not very willing and the floor plans did not impress us too much. Quality is good ; location is OK; but somehow the attitude lacks professionalism. Compared to some other projects I found their car park,clubhouse,water.power,VAT,service tax cost more. Deciding not to buy from this builder.
