Q: Is it safe to Invest in Radha Reddy Layout, near to Wipro corporate office Bangalore?

My comments to replies
First check whether the approvals are in place or not.. and make sure they have obtained A Khata.. dont be just carried away with the project plan, etc. Be sure about the legalities of the project.
Thanks Suresh!! But it is panchyat approved site..so that's why i need to know whether panchyat has authority to approve layout?
